The fiches are totally awesome and my friends truly appreciated them. We use them to play 18xx games as they have the 20 fiches rather than the usual 25. Great feeling when touched, they truly feel like a superior product and not some ""chinese"" stuff

Very nice chips, but a lot of them had tiny rough spots on them from production. A single chip was cracked during shipping.
Chip ordering was good, chips are definitely of quality material. Very much like the way they feel when playing. why a 3 star rating? Customer service lacks. I placed my 2nd order with you and requested some samples of other weighted chips to do some comparison as we have created a game using 400 chips and the 14g are a bit heavy. you shipped my order and the packing slip even had my note requesting some samples highlighted in yellow, but I did not get any samples. I then emailed but got zero response. I reached out to another company, and they are sending me samples for FREE of the different weighted chips they offer. That is what customer service is all about, respond and serve. Unfortunately, your company failed in this regard and we are moving on. It's a shame, the first run of our new game is 1500 games @ 400 chips per game. All it took was a response from your team. But you need to know so you can fix that issue, that is why I'm rating you.
Got my chips i am very happy with them I am also going to replace the 10,000 chips since they are very close to the 1000 chip color will be getting the brown chips in stead
