Poker Merchant offers an excellent shipping service for customers in Europe. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3 days. Please be noticed that for custom made products there's a longer delivery time from approximately 15 working days.
The Poker Merchant warehouse is located in Austria. From this central location, world wide orders are delivered as quickly as possible. This is made possible by our shipping partners Fedex, GLS, DHL & UPS.
The shipping costs depend on your location and can be found at the bottom of this page. You can track your order at all times via a track and trace code that will be sent to you by e-mail.
Our shipping partners usually make two attempts to deliver your order to your home. If this is not possible, you can pick up your order at a pick-up location near you. You will be informed by the local shipping company about this.
