Right of withdrawal
If the products ordered do not meet your expectations or you have ordered the wrong product, for example, you can make use of the trial period of 14 days to return or exchange the article without giving reasons. The 14 days start the day after receiving the product from www.pokermerchant.com. After registering to return, the customer has 14 days to actually return the product.
However, the trial period does not apply to all products and services you can purchase online at www.pokermerchant.com. The exceptions are items assembled especially for you, design services, products sold at an individually made price or poker products ordered especially for you. The product can be returned with postage only if the product is still unused in its original, undamaged and unopened packaging (in case of sealed items with an unbroken seal) returned to pokermerchant.com. The cost of return is at your own expense, unstamped returns will not be accepted.
To provide clarity to the customer service of www.pokermerchant.com you need to enclose a copy of the invoice, your bank account number and the reason for return. If your return meets the conditions, we will transfer the purchase amount of the returned products to your bank account within 14 days.
