If the products ordered do not meet your expectations or you have ordered the wrong product, for example, you can make use of the trial period of 14 days to return or exchange the article without giving reasons (does not apply for custom products). The 14 days start the day after receiving the product from www.pokermerchant.com. After registering to return, the customer has 14 days to actually return the product.
However, the trial period does not apply to all products and services you can purchase online at www.pokermerchant.com. The exceptions are items assembled especially for you, design services, products sold at an individually made price or poker products ordered especially for you.
